My deepest condolences to Mary Fran and the Mulloy family.

Admiral Mulloy taught me how to be a better officer, and a better person, during the two years I served as his Flag Lieutenant. His lessons and example made an impression on me that never diminished during my career.

He was a remarkable and charismatic person.
